Booking Policy
- All appointments must be booked online or via phone.
- A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments.
- We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for best availability.

Cancellation Policy
- We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules.
- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.

Late Policy
- Please arrive on time to your appointment.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a late cancellation fee may apply.

Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds for any services rendered.
- If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right with a complimentary adjustment.

Privacy Policy
- We respect your privacy. Your personal information will never be sold or shared.
- Information collected via booking forms is used solely to contact you and manage your appointments.

Children & Guest Policy
- We kindly request that you do not bring children or extra guests to your appointment unless they are also receiving services.

- All prices are subject to change based on length, density, and complexity of service.
- A final quote will be provided during your in-person consultation.
8.
Gift Card Policy
- Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at time of service.
- They cannot be redeemed for cash and expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

Photo/Media Release
- By receiving services, you grant us permission to take and use before/after photos or videos for marketing unless you opt out in advance.
- Please let your stylist know if you do not wish to be photographed.
